Through this platform, Direct24 connects independent professionals (hereinafter “Professionals”) in the fields of renovation, maintenance, repair, and installation with potential clients/users who require such services.

The services offered through Direct24’s platform are exclusively reserved for individuals of legal age. Requests made by minors must be managed by parents or legal guardians.

3. Purpose

Direct24 aims to facilitate contact between users (clients) and professionals by managing communication, urgent service requests, and confirming the professional’s intervention.
The platform only handles the organizational aspect of the contact and remains uninvolved in the actual service contract that may be entered into between the professional and the user.
Thus, while Direct24 retains rights derived from its contract with the professional, the service is provided to the user at no cost.

4. Service Availability

Access to the website and services is permitted on a temporary basis. The right to restrict or modify access to the website or services without prior notice is reserved.
Direct24 is not responsible for any unavailability of the website or service for any reason or at any time. On certain occasions, access to the website or services may be restricted, either entirely or partially.

After the professional confirms availability, Direct24 sends a confirmation message (via SMS/email) to the user on behalf of the professional, including the estimated intervention time.
If the user provides an incorrect phone number or inaccurate information regarding the location or type of intervention, the request cannot be fulfilled. While remaining uninvolved in the contract between the professional and the user, Direct24 values user satisfaction and may contact users to check the quality of the service received.

6. Payment for Services

The facilitation service connecting users with professionals is free of charge for the user.
The payment for the actual service provided by the professional is determined directly between the user and the professional, based on the type of work performed. Payment is made directly to the professional.
Refund or payment cancellation requests made via credit card must be sent by email to info@direct24web.com. If the refund request is approved, Direct24 will process the refund of the amount paid.

7. Liability

Direct24 is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or failures by the professional toward the user. Direct24’s responsibility is limited to the advertising and referral of professionals who claim to possess the necessary skills, but does not guarantee the quality of the services provided.
It is also not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the professional’s work.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights related to the website, services, as well as all materials, images, information, and content published or available on the website, are the exclusive property of Direct24 and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
