ART 1. DATA CONTROLLER AND TYPES OF DATA

Within the same corporate group for contractual or accounting purposes
- Additionally, the data provided may be transmitted to other companies within the Group, possibly including those outside the European Union, as part of commercial collaboration agreements, to fulfill specific legal obligations or for contractual and accounting purposes. In such cases, it is specified that the relationships have been regulated – in accordance with Article 26, paragraph 2 of Directive 95/46/EC – based on standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission to ensure the adequacy of the level of protection of data outside the EU. You may request a copy of such data at any time and be informed of the location where it has been made available by using the rights and methods described in the following Article 5.
ART. 4. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD AND DISCLOSURE
Given the international nature of Direct24 Web Advertising LTD’s activities, its data may be transmitted abroad and processed by entities, still falling within the categories mentioned above, located in non-EU countries for the purposes described in the previous Article 2.
ART. 5. RIGHTS
Under Regulation EU 2016/679, in relation to the processing of personal data, data subjects have the right to exercise, at any time, the rights to access, rectification, deletion, and data portability, as well as the right to restrict processing, to file a complaint with the competent authority, and to withdraw consent, or to object to processing by writing to [email protected].
Naturally, the revocation/modification of consent to processing may result in Direct24 Web Advertising LTD’s inability to provide one or more services under the contract.

a) obtain confirmation of whether or not the same data exists and, if so,

e) request the restriction of processing, where one of the circumstances set out in Article 18 GDPR applies;
f) request the deletion of data processed in violation of the law or in the presence of any other conditions set out in Article 17, paragraph 1, letters a), b), c), e) and f) GDPR,
g) object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to the processing, or object to processing in other cases set out in Article 21, paragraphs 2 and 3 and 22 GDPR;
h) obtain the release of personal data subject to processing in a format compatible with standard computer applications, to allow transfer to other platforms, without hindering the direct transmission of processed data to another data controller, where such direct transmission is technically feasible [i.e., the right to data portability];
In the event of failure or partial response from the Data Controller, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority described in Articles 51 to 59 of the Regulation.
